Software Reliability Training

System Software Reliability - This class focuses on the software defect density, failure rate, reliability and availability prediction model developed via years of mining defects and the practices that cause them.  It also covers software estimation models, fault trees, FMEAs and how to reduce fielded software defects cost effectively.

Software Fault Tree Analysis and Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) This course covers software fault trees and FMEAs in depth.  A real world example is shown from beginning to end.  The students see how the fault trees and FMEAs resolved ambiguities in requirements, design, and code before the software is even in a testable state.  These analysis are an effective way to reduce latent defects due to ambiguous requirements and design.

Frestimate Training Course -  This course walks you through each of the Frestimate modules.  You will learn first hand how to use the software to perform predictions and estimations.
