Frestimate is a single user license software package. The software may be installed on only one computer at a time. Below is the license agreement.
COPYRIGHT The enclosed software ("Software") is a proprietary product of
SoftRel,LLC ("Publisher") and is protected by both United States Copyright Law
and International treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat this Software
like any other copyrighted material, except that you may: 1. Place the Software
on a single hard disk, provided you keep the original Software only for backup
purposes. 2. Make one copy of the Software solely for backup purposes.
YOU MAY NOT OTHERWISE COPY EITHER THE SOFTWARE OR THE WRITTEN MATERIAL
ACCOMPANYING THE SOFTWARE.
The user manual, technical manuals or help files may not be copied in part or in
whole.
The username and password for the Software download that is assigned to you may
not be distributed to any other user or organization.
The Software may not be decompiled.
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT - Publisher hereby grants to you, and you accept, a
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software as authorized in
this Software Agreement. By paying for a single user license, one user may use
the Software on one workstation at a time. In addition, the name of the single
user must be provided to SoftRel, LLC.
LIMITED WARRANTY - Limitation of Remedies - Publisher warrants to the original
licensee, the diskette(s) or CD-ROM on which the Software is furnished to be
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of
ninety (90) days from the date of delivery of the Software as indicated by your
receipt. Your exclusive remedy shall be replacement of the defective diskette(s)
or CD-ROM as indicated by your receipt. Publisher liability will not in any case
exceed the purchase price of this Software package.
PUBLISHER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER
DAMAGES THAT MAY BE RELATED TO THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
PUBLISHER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHETHER ALLEGED TO ARISE BY LAW, BY REASON OF CUSTOM OR USAGE
IN THE TRADE, OR BY COURSE OF DEALING. SOFTREL, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE
OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTAITONS REGARDING THE USE OF, OR THE OUTPUT FROM THE
SOFTWARE. YOU RELY ON THE SOFTWARE AND OUTPUT FROM THE SOFTWARE SOLEY AT YOUR
OWN RISK.
