Our software reliability prediction toolkit uses key software safety practices from IEC 61508-3 as inputs.   So, if you have a requirement to conform to this software safety standard, you will be able to predict software reliability based on this conformance criteria.  Our training and Frestimate software also addresses several of the key practices in this standard.
